We're joined by writer Leila Latif to discuss His House (2020), the feature film debut by Remi Weekes. The first part of the episode is spoiler free, and from 0:020:44 we will go into a spoilerific discussion.

The film centers on refugee couple Bol and Rial, who make a harrowing escape from war-torn South Sudan, but then struggle to adjust to their new life in an English town that has an evil lurking beneath the surface.
